The PIVH Final Exam is intended as a review of the foundational principles and concepts taught in the program; to help cement key learning points essential for successful prescribing. We promise you will feel smarter when you have finished!
The exam is designed as an OPEN BOOK test, primarily in short-answer or fill-in-the-blank format as indicated. For short answer questions, please keep your answers brief, i.e. few words to 1-3 sentences. The Final Exam is your written homework for Module 5, please set aside a similar amount of time to complete.
You can find your written PIVH Final Exam below, in two downloaded formats. Both the PDF and the Microsoft Word documents are editable, so you can easily type your answers straight into the exam document.
The due date for your Final Exam is May 31st before the start of the webinar. Please submit your completed exam by email to your Homework Administrator Wendy Jensen. If you participate in the live exam review webinar and have not submitted your exam prior to the start of the webinar, you cannot turn in an exam at a later date for course completion. If you are auditing the course (not turning in written assignments), then you can attend live without submission of an exam.
