This case thoroughly explores the real-life application of our case taking, case study, repertorization, treatment, and follow-up decisions for a canine chronic case. Complete with lab work, Dr. Stieg will present every step taken towards re-instating Miko’s complete health. Students will work up the case alongside the presentation, allowing them to apply their new skills to a real-world scenario. A key to the management of this case is understanding acute-to-chronic remedy relationships.
For Part 2 of this Case – we will finish putting our homeopathic case together by creating a symptom list and classifying our symptoms, selecting rubrics and performing analyses for both the acute presentation and the chronic case (“totality”), remedy differential selection, materia medica study, and finally prescription selection.
