Theory & Principles: The Wasting Syndrome (Psoric Miasm) – Summary & Manifestation of the Three Forms of Chronic Disease

In this lecture, we will summarize our discussion of the psoric miasm, learning how it forms the basis of all the other miasms. Without psora, chronic disease does not exist in our patients. We will learn how allopathic prescribing complicates the treatment of this important miasm.

Following on, we will then examine a table comparing the three miasms. What are their primary manifestations? What does the patient look like with developed primary psora, sycosis, or syphilis? How are the miasms transmitted to other patients? How does the young animal typically exhibit these miasms? What are their secondary manifestations and what remedies match each miasm?
