Welcome to Module 2.1! This module begins our deep dive into Hahnemann’s theory of chronic disease. We will follow along as Hahnemann discovers and describes chronic disease’s three main miasms, what each looks like in our patients, and how the treatment of chronic disease differs from the treatment of acute conditions. What remedies are best used for chronic disease?
This module will set the groundwork for understanding the many manifestations of chronic disease in our domestic animals. We will learn to recognize the signs of each miasm, and learn to treat our patients using both the polychrest remedies and the anti-miasmatic remedies. Several case studies will help elucidate the principles introduced.
