Module 1.1

We will spend Module 1.1 laying the essential foundations — starting by learning about the life work of Samuel Hahnemann, the early science of homeopathy, and the history of homeopathy. We then progress to the foundation principles and concepts, remedy preparations and potencies, definitions of key concepts, materials, and resources. Finally, we will introduce the basics of taking the acute case and how to perform a hand analysis, introduction to homeopathic software, and several case studies which will help elucidate the principles introduced.

The goal of Module 1.1 is to focus on developing a solid theoretical foundation that we will build upon during the rest of the course. In order to have accurate prescriptions, your thought process must be derived from understanding theory accurately. Thus, we advise in Module 1.1 to focus on getting your theory principles correct, and then in Module 1.2 we will delve deeper into how to perform acute case work.
